Dragoljub Ojdanić sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment on 26 February 2009 (On 31 Jan. 2013, the Appeals Chamber accepted the withdrawal of the parties’ appeals in respect of Ojdanić, thus making the trial judgement against him final.)
Proceedings against Vlajko Stojiljković terminated. Accused died before transfer to the Tribunal.
