Retrial under jurisdiction of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals.

Appeals Chamber ordered a retrial of Stanišić and Simatović under all counts of the indictment on 15 Dec. 2015.

Both accused had been acquitted by the Trial Chamber on 30 May 2013.

Drago Josipović sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment, Vladimir Šantić sentenced to 18 years' imprisonment on 23 October 2001.
Dragan Papić acquitted on 14 January 2000. Zoran Kupreškić, Mirjan Kupreškić and Vlatko Kupreškić acquitted on 23 October 2001.
Proceedings against Stipo Alilović terminated. Accused died before transfer to the Tribunal.
The indictment against Marinko Katava was withdrawn on 19 December 1997.
