MILOSEVIC TRIAL ADJOURNED TO 31 AUGUST 2004


Today, 16 July 2004, Trial Chamber III issued an Order adjourning proceedings in the trial of Slobodan Milosevic to Tuesday, 31 August, 2004.


In the Order, the Trial Chamber considered "the medical report of Dr. M.I. Sedney, dated 16 July 2004, in which, on the basis of the blood pressure values of the Accused, she advises that he should not attend the hearing set for Monday, 19 July 2004".
