Good afternoon,

In the case of Šainović and others, on 30 January the President of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, Judge Meron assigned the request for review of the Appeal Judgement, filed by Sreten Lukić to an Appeals Chamber.

Moving onto scheduling matters, a Status Conference in the case of Mićo Stanišić & Stojan Župljanin appeal case is scheduled for 6 March at 09:30 in Courtroom 1.

Finally, in the case of Ratko Mladić, the Chamber is currently hearing the testimony of Miodrag Dragutinović, former member of the Zvornik Brigade of Republika Srpska Army.  He is the 125th Defence witness to testify.
