I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),
PURSUANT to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (hereinafter "the Rules"),
NOTING the voluntary surrender of the accused Rahim Ademi to the Tribunal on 25 July 2001,
CONSIDERING that, in accordance with Rule 62 of the Rules, "[u]pon transfer of an accused to the seat of the Tribunal, the President shall forthwith assign the case to a Trial Chamber" and "[t]he accused shall be brought before that Trial Chamber or a permanent Judge thereof without delay […]",
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
DECIDE to assign the case IT-01-46-I to Trial Chamber I composed as follows:
