I, Antonio Cassese, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"), exercising the functions of the President pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

NOTING Anto Nobilo’s Application for Leave to Appeal Decision of Trial Chamber I dated 11 December 1998 regarding finding of contempt of the Tribunal, filed on 18 December 1998 ("Appeal");

NOTING the Decision on Application of Mr.Nobilo for Leave to Appeal the Trial Chamber finding of Contempt, by a Bench of three Judges of the Appeals Chamber, dated 22 December 1998;

CONSIDERING that President Gabrielle Kirk McDonald and Vice-President Shahabuddeen have withdrawn themselves from hearing the Appeal pursuant to sub-Rule 15(A) of the Rules;

NOTING that Article 12(b) of the Statute of the International Tribunal ("Statute") provides that five judges shall serve on the Appeals Chamber;

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal;

CONSIDERING Article 14(3) of the Statute and Rule 27 of the Rules;

PURSUANT to Rule 22 of the Rules;

HEREBY DECIDE to assign Judge Richard May, Judge David Hunt, Judge Mohamed Bennouna and Judge Patrick Robinson as members of the Appeals Chamber for the purposes of determining the Appeal;

AND THEREFORE, subject to sub-Rule 22(B) of the Rules, the Appeals Chamber for the Appeal shall be composed as follows:
