I, Wolfgang Schomburg, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED Pre-Trial Judge in the present matter by the "Order Appointing a Pre-Trial Judge" issued by Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal on 28 November 2001;

BEING SEIZED with the "Proposal for a provisional release from prison for the defendant" of 10 January 2002;

RECALLING the "Motion to delay consideration of proposal for provisional release from prison for the Defendant Dragan Jokic" of 29 January 2002;

PURSUANT TO Rule 65ter (I) of the Rules,

HEREBY DECIDE, to hear the parties in my office in the Chambers on Friday 15 February 2002, at 09.30 am, and REQUEST for a representative of the Registry of the International Tribunal to be designated for the taking of minutes at the meeting.
