I, Judge Liu Daqun, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("The Tribunal");

PURUSANT to Rules 53 and 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal ("the Rules");

CONSIDERING the Review of the Indictment of Janko Bobetko;

CONSIDERING the Decision on Review of the Indictment Pursuant to Article 19 of the Statute, by which the non-disclosure of the indictment and its supporting material was ordered, IT-02-62-I;

CONSIDERING the Motion of the Prosecutor to Vacate in full the Order for Non-Disclosure Entered on 17 September 2002, filed on 20 September 2002 ("Motion of the Prosecutor");

CONSIDERING that the significant ground for the initial order for non-disclosure no longer exists for reasons provided in the Motion of the Prosecutor;

HEREBY ORDER that the non-disclosure Order of 17 September 2002 shall be vacated in full, with immediate effect.
