I, FAUSTO POCAR, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the appeals lodged by The Office of the Prosecutor on 30 September 2004 and by Radoslav Brdjanin on 1 October 2004 against the Judgement rendered by the Trial Chamber on 1 September 2004;

NOTING the "Order Assigning Judges to a Case Before the Appeals Chamber" issued on 28 September 2004;

NOTING the expiration of the term of Judge Amin El Mahdi, a member of Trial Chamber I, effective 16 November 2005;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in document IT/242 issued on 17 November 2005;

CONSIDERING that this case is in its pre-appeal phase and that, thus, no hearing in this case has been held;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert to replace Judge Amin El Mahdi, in the present case;

AND ORDER that the Bench in Prosecutor v. Radoslav Brdjanin, Case No. IT-99-36-A, shall be composed as follows:
