I, Judge Carmel Agius, Presiding Judge in this case:

NOTING the "Decision on Prosecution’s Oral Request for the Separation of Trials" ("Decision"), rendered by this Trial Chamber on 20 September 2002, in which the proceedings against the Accused Momir Talic were separated from those against the Accused Radoslav Brdjanin ("Brdjanin") upon the completion of the testimony of witness Muhamed Filipovic ("Witness");

NOTING that the testimony of the Witness was concluded during the last Hearing on 26 October 2002 ("Hearing");

NOTING that at this Hearing the Trial Chamber indicated, on the explicit request of the parties, to convene a status conference to discuss the implications of the Trial Chamber’s Decision on the continuation of the Brdjanin trial;

NOTING that this Scheduling Order is not triggered by the latest filing in the Brdjanin trial by Defence for Brdjanin;

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 bis (A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS THAT:

A status conference will take place on Monday, 7 October 2002 at 2.15 p.m.
