BEFORE A JUDGE OF THE TRIBUNAL
Before: Judge David Anthony Hunt
Registrar: Mrs. Dorothee de Sampayo Garrido-Nijgh
Decision of: 30 August 1999
The Office of the Prosecutor:
Mr. Michael Keegan
Counsel for the Accused:
I, David Anthony HUNT, Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
NOTING that in the "Order for Non-Disclosure of Arrest Warrant" signed by me on 23 August 1999 the second paragraph of the first page begins with the words "HAVING REVIEWED an indictment ";
FURTHER NOTING that in the process of issuing and signing said warrant and order no review of the indictment took place and that the above-mentioned words therefore present an incorrect description of that process, as is also apparent from the third paragraph of the first page of the "Warrant of Arrest and Order for Surrender" of 23 August 1999 which merely uses the word "CONSIDERING";
the words "HAVING REVIEWED" be replaced by the word "CONSIDERING".
Done in both English and French, the English version being authoritative.
Dated this thirtieth day of August 1999
At The Hague
