13 JUDGE AGIUS: I thank you. Please be seated.

14 Appearance for the Prosecution.

15 MS. KORNER: Good morning, Your Honours. Sorry. I was talking to

16 Ms. Gustin about administrative matters of transcripts and the like. It's

Page 11565

1 MS. KORNER: No, Your Honour.

2 JUDGE AGIUS: No. Okay. I'll deal with the 92 bis aspect when

3 Mr. Ackerman is back, since he dealt with it yesterday, unless you want to

4 deal with it yourself. I mean, it's up to you.

5 MR. TRBOJEVIC: [Interpretation] Your Honours, I'm not really

6 abreast of what Mr. Ackerman discussed yesterday.

7 JUDGE AGIUS: That's what I thought.

8 MR. TRBOJEVIC: [Interpretation] Thank you.

10 MS. KORNER: Amazingly enough, Your Honour, nothing at all.

11 JUDGE AGIUS: So let's draw the curtains down, go into closed

13 Do you think you will finish with your in chief, Ms. Korner?

14 MS. KORNER: Your Honour, I had hoped to finish by the first

15 break. I just had another look. I'm rather like Mr. Ackerman -- at the

16 List of Documents you've got. I'm going to try to cut it down, but I will

17 certainly finish him today in chief.
