This Status Conference is called to see if there are any questions
which the parties want to raise or which the appellant wants to raise
personally. So I'll first give the floor to counsel for the appellant.
MR. CVIJETIC: [Interpretation] Your Honour, there are no issues
which we would like to raise at this Status Conference or to discuss here,
so this would be a regular, standard conference, if I can say so.
JUDGE WEINBERG DE ROCA: Mr. Deronjic, is there something you want
to raise personally?
THE APPELLANT: [Interpretation] No, Your Excellency, I have
nothing to raise today. Thank you.
JUDGE WEINBERG DE ROCA: Thank you.
And the Prosecution?
MR. McKEON: No, Your Honour, there's nothing that we want to
raise today.
JUDGE WEINBERG DE ROCA: Well, then this Status Conference is
adjourned. I only want to let you know that you can all have vacations
during January, because we will not have -- I cannot tell you when the
hearing will be, but you can -- you do not have to be available during
January.
The Status Conference is adjourned.
