CONSIDERING the oral applications made by the parties on 2 February and on 19 March 1998 for permission for their respective investigators to be present in the courtroom during the proceedings in this case without being precluded from being called as witnesses,
PURSUANT TO Rule 90 (E) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
HEREBY GRANTS the applications and ORDERS that the investigator in charge of each party’s investigations shall not be precluded from being called as a witness on the ground that he or she has been present in the courtroom during the proceedings.
