THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
CONSIDERING the urgent need to re-schedule the proceedings in this case in order to enable the completion of another case;
HAVING consulted the parties;
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 20, PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE STATUTE AND RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
HEREBY ORDERS that the Trial Chamber shall sit in this matter:
i. from 17 June 1998 to 18 June 1998 and,
ii. from 23 June 1998 to 26 June 1998.
