CONSIDERING the first amended indictment against Dragan Nikolic, which was confirmed on 12 February 1999 by Judge Jorda and is the relevant indictment,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the International Tribunal on 21 April 2000,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused on 28 April 2000,

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Dragan Nikolic and charges the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague with detaining the accused until further order.
