The Office of the Prosecutor:
I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,
NOTING the Indictment in the Prosecutor v Dragomir Milosevic filed on 24 April 1998;
NOTING that the Registry has advised that the Accused has been detained and transferred to the seat of the Tribunal pursuant to Rule 62 on either 3 December 2004;
NOTING that Rule 62 requires the President of the Tribunal forthwith assign the case to a Trial Chamber;
HEREBY ASSIGN, effective on the date upon which the accused is transferred to the seat of the Tribunal, the present case to Trial Chamber I for the purpose of the initial appearance.
