I, Antonio Cassese, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the Tribunal,

CONSIDERING Article 14(3) of the Statute and Rules 27 and 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,

HEREBY ASSIGN Judges Adolphus G. Karibi-Whyte, Saad Saood Jan and Mohamed Shahabuddeen to Trial Chamber II for the entry of a plea by Drazen Erdemovic and any subsequent proceedings; and

Upon the request of those Judges, HEREBY ASSIGN Judge Karibi-Whyte to be the Presiding Judge.
