TRIAL CHAMBER I Section B ("the Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal");

NOTING that the Defence should, in the event of a refusal of the Motion for Judgement of Acquittal filed on 2 September 2002, start the presentation of its case on 7 October 2002;

NOTING that a "Defence Motion with List of Defence Witnesses and Exhibits" was confidentially filed on 19 September 2002; that the Prosecutor confidentially filed its "Motion for an Order to Compel Defence Compliance with Rule 65 ter" on 24 September 2002;

PURSUANT to Rule 54 and 73 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS that a Pre-Defence Conference be held at 9 a.m. on 3 October 2002, in Courtroom II.
