10                           [Open session]

11             THE REGISTRAR:  Your Honours, we're back in open session.

12             JUDGE ORIE:  We're back in open session.

13             I started reading a decision on the admission of MFI D191, and I

14     summarized the portion that I had read, that is, that a list of members

15     of the 113th Brigade on which it was suggested the name of the witness

16     Gojanovic did not appear, was so long that the Chamber sought a shorter

17     version to be submitted into evidence.  The Chamber also wanted to check

18     for itself whether the witness was listed in the document, and on the

19     11th of June, the parties informed the Chamber that they had agreed that

20     D191 should be comprised only of the first two pages and the last page,

21     which bears a signature.

22             For the relevant transcript pages relating to this procedural

23     history, see the pages 3014 to 3016 and 4818 to 4819.

24             The Chamber has also checked the document and admits it into

25     evidence in its shortened version.  The Gotovina Defence is invited, if

Page 5382

1     it has not already done so, to upload the two first pages and the last

2     page of the current version of D191 and then to notify the registrar.

3             This concludes the Chamber's decision on the matter.

4             We will adjourn until Monday, the 30th of June, 9.00 in the

5     morning, Courtroom I, and I remind the parties that they were informed

6     that there will be some time in the beginning of the morning session to

7     deal with the procedural matter; that is, the Prosecution has asked to

8     respond to a request for immediately rejecting a motion filed by the

9     Prosecution.  That matter, the parties will be given an opportunity to

10     orally address the matter briefly in the morning hours.

11             We stand adjourned until 30th of June, 9.00, Courtroom I.

12                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.51 p.m.

13                           to be reconvened on Monday, the 30th day of June,

14                           2008 at 9.00 a.m.
