 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 9.01 a.m.

5             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Good morning to everyone in and around the

 6     courtroom.

7             Madam Registrar, could you call the case, please.

8             THE REGISTRAR:  Good morning, Your Honours.

9             This is the case IT-04-75-T, the Prosecutor versus Goran Hadzic.

10             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you.

11             Could we have the appearances, please, starting with the

12     Prosecution.

13             MR. STRINGER:  Good morning, Mr. President, Your Honours.

14             For the Prosecution, Douglas Stringer, Alex Demirdjian,

15     Thomas Laugel, and Lucia Laporte.

16             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you.

17             Mr. Zivanovic, for the Defence.

18             MR. ZIVANOVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  For the Defence of

19     Goran Hadzic, Zoran Zivanovic, Christopher Gosnell, and Liane Aronchick,

20     legal assistant.

21             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you very much.  I'll take a moment for a

22     oral ruling.

23             The Defence requested the admission of a number of documents used

24     to challenge the credibility of GH-026 during cross-examination on the

25     13th of June, 2013.  Documents with Rule 65 ter number 1D413, 1D416, and

Page 6358

1     1D418 relate to a criminal conviction.  Documents with Rule 65 ter number

 2     1D415, 1D421, 1D423, 1D426, and 1D427 relate to a criminal investigation.

3     The document with Rule 65 ter number 05686 consists of medical records.

4             In view of the evidence elicited from the witness on

5     cross-examination, the Trial Chamber does not consider it necessary the

6     admission of further supporting material relating to the criminal

7     investigation or medical records.  However, documents with Rule 65 ter

8     number 1D413, 1D416, and 1D418, relating to the criminal conviction will

9     be admitted under seal because they substantially supplement the

10     questioning during the cross-examination and will assist the

11     Trial Chamber in assessing the evidence of the witness during its final

12     deliberations in the present case.

13             Madam Registrar.

14             THE REGISTRAR:  Your Honours, those will be Exhibit numbers D75,

15     D76, and D77, under seal.

16             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Thank you.

17             THE REGISTRAR:  Your Honours, in addition to that, in an internal

18     memorandum dated 26 June 2013, 65 ter 02601 was assigned Exhibit Number

19     P2265.2186.  And 65 ter 02990 was assigned Exhibit Number P2269.2186.

20             Those are the two documents the Prosecution actually sought to

21     exclude from the 92 ter package and therefore should not have been

22     assigned numbers.

23             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Madam Registrar, could you check on the record

24     the first exhibit number.  I think the -- the number after the dot is not

25     correct.

Page 6359

1             THE REGISTRAR:  The Exhibit Number should be P2265.2186.

2             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Okay.  Perhaps it's just fell off the screen.

 3     Thank you.

4             The witness may be brought in.  Thank you.

5                           [Trial Chamber and Registrar confer]

6             JUDGE DELVOIE:  Yes, closed session, please.  Thank you.
