TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the confidential Decision on Prosecution Motion for Site Visit rendered by the Chamber on 18 May 2005 ("Decision") in which the Chamber ruled, inter alia, on the terms of the site visit,

CONSIDERING that, in that Decision, the Chamber decided that the parties may submit their comments during the site visit, that those comments would be recorded by the Registry, transcribed into a record under the Registry’s authority, and then tendered into evidence as an exhibit of the Chamber before the closing briefs are filed,

CONSIDERING that the site visit took place between 13 and 17 June 2005 and that the aforementioned procedure was followed during the visit,

CONSIDERING that the magnetic recording of the parties’ comments and the transcript based on this recording should be admitted as an exhibit of the Chamber,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

PURSUANT to Rule 89(C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

DECIDES to admit as exhibits of the Chamber the transcript and magnetic recording of 14, 15 and 16 June 2005, appended hereto and marked as follows:

the transcript of 14 June 2005 and its magnetic recording will be admitted and marked C21 and C21/1 respectively,

the transcript of 15 June 2005 and its magnetic recording will be admitted and marked C22 and C22/1 respectively,

the transcript of 16 June 2005 and its magnetic recording will be admitted and marked C23 and C23/1 respectively.
