 2    Mulalic, legal assistant.

3            JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] On the 8th of March, I would

4    like to bid welcome to everybody in the courtroom, the Prosecution, the

5    Defence teams, the accused, and everybody present in the courtroom.

6            Before we proceed with the next witness, the Judges deliberated

7    yesterday on the issue of whether the Defence and their possibilities

8    regarding the scenarios, and we believe that you can write the name of the

9    witness next to the scenario without any references to either of the pages

10    of the transcript.  Just the name of the witness.  And if we do that, this

11    is not going to be a new piece of evidence.  This will just illustrate

12    that the scenarios were made by the Defence through a witness.

13            Mr. Bourgon, you are going to do your table, and you're going to

14    make a note of your witness, and you're going to show the table to the

15    Prosecution and then we will discuss any problems, if there are any

16    objections to the table.

17            We are now going to go into private session, and I'm going to give

18    the floor to the Defence, and I'm going to hear what they have to tell us.

7            JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] So we're back in open session.

 8            Be quick, please.

9            MR. BOURGON: [Interpretation]  I noticed during the break that

10    there is an event in the cafeteria, and my client reminded me that I

11    forgot to give flowers to my colleagues as today is International Women's

12    Day, and perhaps we can observe that event as soon as we adjourn.

13            JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you, Mr. Bourgon.

14            It is five past seven.  The hearing is adjourned, and I invite

15    everyone to come back for the hearing tomorrow, beginning at a quarter

16    past 2.00.  Thank you.

17                          --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 7.05 p.m.,

18                          to be reconvened on Wednesday, the 9th day of

19                          March, 2005, at 2.15 p.m.
