I, O-GON KWON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this case by virtue of the Order of the Trial Chamber dated 10 December 2001,

BEING SEISED of the "Defence Motion For Postponement Of Status Conference" filed on 11 September 2003 ("Motion") by the Defence of Sefer HaliloviC (“Accused”), requesting the Trial Chamber to order a three week postponement of the status conference scheduled for 17 September 2003,1

NOTING that the pre-trial conference in this matter was adjourned on 15 July 2003,

NOTING that the 120 day period provided for in Rule 65bis (A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules") expires on 19 September 2003,2

CONSIDERING the recent appointment of Mr. Guenaël Mettraux as co-counsel for the Accused by the Registrar of the International Tribunal on 10 September 2003,

CONSIDERING that an adequate time is necessary for the newly appointed co-counsel to acquaint himself with the pre-trial matters of the case prior to the status conference,3

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65bis of the Rules,

HEREBY RE-SCHEDULE the status conference to be held on Wednesday 1 October 2003, commencing at 15:00 hours.
