I, Hans Henrik Brydensholt, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"):

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Report on Rule 66(A)(i) Disclosure and Application for Extension of Time" with confidential annex attached to it ("Motion"), filed on 13 April 2005, in which the Prosecution reports that the Defence has been provided with all copies of the material required to be disclosed under Rule 66(A)(i) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rule 66(A)(i) material" and "Rules") except for the following:

(1) material which falls under the scope of Rule 70 of the Rules for which the response of the provider regarding disclosure is expected to be provided shortly; and

(2) material for which translation into Albanian has not yet been completed due to its size, but which is expected to be concluded shortly;

NOTING that in the Motion, the Prosecution requests an extension of time of two weeks for the completion of disclosure of Rule 66(A)(i) material to the accused, i.e., until 27 April 2005, for the above stated reasons;

NOTING that pursuant to Rule 66(A)(i) of the Rules, within thirty days of the of the initial appearance of the accused the Prosecutor shall make available to the defence in a language which the accused understands copies of the material which accompanied the indictment when the confirmation was sought as well as all prior statements obtained by the Prosecutor from the accused;

NOTING that pursuant to Rule 126bis of the Rules, unless otherwise ordered, a response, if any, to a motion filed by a party shall be filed within fourteen days of the filing of the motion;1

CONSIDERING the nature of the Motion and the relief sought, any response should be filed as soon as possible;

PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 65ter, 66(A)(i) and 126bis of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDER counsel or duty counsel for the accused to file their responses to the Motion, if any, no later than by 18 April 2005.
