THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal");

NOTING the judgement of the Trial Chamber in the proceedings Prosecutor v. Goran Jelisic, delivered orally on 19 October 1999 and in written form on 14 December 1999, and in respect of which notices of appeal were lodged by Goran Jelisic and the prosecution;

NOTING that the hearing on appeal was held on 22 and 23 February 2001;

PURSUANT to Rule 98ter and Rule 107 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDERS that a hearing shall be held on Thursday 5 July 2001 at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of delivering the judgement on appeal in these proceedings.
