THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of "Accused Dario Kordic’s Final Rejoinder Notice and "Zagreb Materials" Exhibits and a confidential "Accused Dario Kordic’s Designation of one Additional Exhibit to be Introduced into Evidence Following Binding Order" filed by counsel for Dario Kordic ("the Defence") on 24 November and 7 December 2000, respectively, as amended during oral argument,

HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in open session on 8 December 2000 and

HAVING RENDERED its Decision on the Application orally on 8 December 2000,

PURSUANT TO Rule 89 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY CONFIRMS ITS DECISION GRANTING THE APPLICATION IN PART and admits the documents identified in Annex 1 attached hereto and DISMISSES THE APPLICATION in respect of the document identified as number 157.
