THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a Revised "Rebuttal" Exhibit List filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("the Prosecution") on 1 December 2000 ("the Application"),

HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in open session on 5 December 2000,

NOTING that a number of the documents have already been admitted as exhibits in this case, as identified in Annex 1 hereto, and that the Prosecution has withdrawn five other documents,

HAVING RENDERED its Decision on the Application orally on 8 December 2000,

PURSUANT TO Rule 89 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY CONFIRMS ITS DECISION GRANTING THE APPLICATION IN PART and admits the documents identified in Annex 2 attached hereto and DISMISSES THE APPLICATION in respect of all other documents as listed in Annex 3.
