I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (hereinafter "the Tribunal");

NOTING the Trial Chamber III Request (hereinafter "the Request") sent to the President of the Tribunal pursuant to Sub-rule 75(D) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (hereinafter "the Rules");

PURSUANT to Sub-rule 75(D) of the Rules;

CONSIDERING that, as the Request states, the Trial Chamber which heard the case "The Prosecutor v. Tihomir Blaskic" (hereinafter "the Blaskic Trial Chamber") is no longer constituted by the same Judges;

CONSIDERING, however, that the Trial Chamber which originally sat in this case may still be constituted since its members are still Judges at the Tribunal;

CONSIDERING, accordingly, that there is no reason to apply Sub-rule 75(D) of the Rules;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

INVITE the Registrar to transfer the Request to the Blaskic Trial Chamber composed as follows:
