THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING RECEIVED the Tulica Dossier and the Investigator’s Report, as described in oral argument before the Trial Chamber (“the Dossier and Report”) from the Office of the Prosecutor (“Prosecution”),

HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties on 17 June 1999,

PURSUANT TO Rules 89 (C) and 90 (G) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"),

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

1. The Dossier and Report are to be disclosed by the Prosecution to the Kordic Defence and Cerkez Defence ("the Defence") forthwith;
2. The Defence shall file a written response by 05 July 1999, stating:

  1. what material in the Dossier and Report is not in dispute;
  2. what material in the Dossier and Report is in dispute and the grounds upon which it is disputed;

3. The Trial Chamber will hear the parties in oral argument on 12 July 1999 with regard to what evidence may be admitted and which witnesses may be called.
