I, LIU DAQUN, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber I (the "Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 (the "Tribunal"),

NOTING the President’s Order of 28 November 2002 under Rule 28(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("the Rules") to assign Case No. IT-00-39-PT, The Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik to this Chamber;

RECALLING the Decision of 11 March 2003, designating Judge Alphons Orie as a Pre-Trial Judge for Case No. IT-00-39-PT, The Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik;

NOTING the letter of the Secretary General of the United Nations of 14 April 2003 appointing Judge Joaquín Martín Canivell as ad litem Judge, to serve in the Tribunal for the trial of Case No. IT-00-39, The Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik;

NOTING the Order Assigning Ad Litem Judge to a Case Before a Trial Chamber assigning Judge Joaquín Martín Canivell for the trial of Case No. IT-00-39, The Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik;

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that the Pre-Trial stage of these proceedings has come to an end;

HEREBY ORDER that Case No. IT-00-39-T, The Prosecutor v. Momcilo Krajisnik, shall be tried by Trial Chamber I sitting in the following composition:
