THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Prosecution’s Request for Leave to Reply to Defence Responses to Prosecution’s Motion for Leave to Amend the Consolidated Indictment", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 18 February 2002 ("the Request"), in which the Prosecution seeks leave under Rule 126 bis to file a reply in this matter,

CONSIDERING that it would be appropriate in the circumstances to grant the request,

PURSUANT TO RULE 126 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS THE REQUEST
