THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991;
NOTING the "Second Revised Scheduling Order for Closing Briefs and Arguments" issued on 31 October 2000 by this Trial Chamber in the Prosecutor v Kunarac, Kovac and Vukovic proceedings ("Kunarac Scheduling Order") in which it was ordered that closing arguments in that case, which had been scheduled for 13, 14 and 16 November, were rescheduled for 20, 21 and 22 November 2000;
NOTING the "Scheduling Order for Preparation of Trial" issued by the Trial Chamber in these proceedings on 28 September 2000 ("First Scheduling Order") and the "Second Scheduling Order for Preparation of Trial" issued by the Trial Chamber on 17 October 2000 ("Second Scheduling Order");
CONSIDERING that because of the necessity to hold hearings in the Kunarac proceedings on 20, 21 and 22 November 2000, it will not be possible to hold the hearings which were to be held in the Krnojelac proceedings on those days;
HEREBY ORDER that
There will be no hearings in these proceedings on 20, 21 and 22 November.
The Trial Chamber will sit in these proceedings on Thursday 23, Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 November.
The First Scheduling Order is varied accordingly and all other dispositions in that order and the Second Scheduling Order remain unchanged.
