NOTING

FURTHER NOTING that the opening of the defence case is scheduled for 3 July 2000;

CONSIDERING that the shortness of time demands that the Prosecutor respond as quickly as possible to the above-mentioned defence filings before the beginning of the defence case, and that the Order for Filing of Motions of 9 March 1998, which allows fourteen calendar days for a party’s response to motions filed by the other side, must be varied accordingly;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The Prosecutor shall file her response to the three above-mentioned defence documents not later than Tuesday, 27 June 2000, 12.00 hrs.

  2. To this extent the Order for Filing of Motions of 9 March 1998 is varied.
