CONSIDERING the indictment against Dragoljub Kunarac submitted by the Prosecutor and confirmed on 26 June 1996 by Judge Vohrah,
CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the International Tribunal on 4 March 1998,
CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused on 9 March 1998 before the Trial Chamber,
PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Dragoljub Kunarac and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
