I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

CONSIDERING the installation of three new Judges on 16 November 1998,

CONSIDERING Article 14, paragraph 3, of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ASSIGN Judge David Anthony Hunt to this case, substituting Judge Richard George May.
