THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING the oral order made during the Status Conference of 24 September that all the protective measures orders previously issued in this case will remain in force,

PURSUANT TO Article 22 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 75 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY CONFIRMS that all the protective measures orders, including the following, remain in force:

  1. "Decision on Prosecution Motion to Protect Victims and Witnesses" of 19 April 1998;
  2. "Order on Prosecutor’s Motion Requesting Protective Measures for Witnesses at Trial" of 5 October 1998;
  3. "Decision Granting Protective Measures for Witness FWS-191" of 20 November 1998; and
  4. The confidential "Decision on Prosecutor’s Motion Related to Witnesses FWS-191 and FWS –192" of 26 March 1999.
