THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Scheduling Order for a Status Conference", issued by the Trial Chamber on 7 October 1999, in which the parties were informed that the next Status Conference will be held on Wednesday, 10 November 1999,
CONSIDERING, however, that due to the non-availability of courtrooms on Wednesday, 10 November 1999, the next Status Conference has to be re-scheduled,
REMINDING the parties to do everything in their power, including agreeing on admitted facts and points of law, to assist the Trial Chamber in ensuring that the trial can commence in early February 2000 and conclude expeditiously,
PURSUANT to Rule 65 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
HEREBY ORDERS that the next Status Conference is re-scheduled and will now be held on Monday, 15 November 1999 at 16:30.
