I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order of the President dated 14 March 2001 assigning Judge Liu Daqun to the Appeals Chamber to replace Judge Mohamed Bennouna in the proceedings against Zoran Kupreskic et al (case no. IT-95-16-A),
NOTING the Order of the President dated 15 March 2001 assigning Judge Mohamed El Habib Fassi Fihri to the Appeals Chamber to replace Judge Mohamed Bennouna in the same case,
CONSIDERING that there is no reason to assign Judge Mohamed El Habib Fassi Fihri to the Appeals Chamber in this case,
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
DECIDE that the Order of 15 March 2001 is null and void,
CONFIRM that, in the proceedings against Zoran Kupreskic et al (case no. IT-95-16-A), the Appeals Chamber shall be composed as follows:
