I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (hereinafter "the International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Motion of the accused Zoran Zigic for leave to appeal the Decision of Trial Chamber I of 13 October on the Prosecution Request to file a consolidated indictment and to correct confidential schedules (hereinafter "the Motion") filed by Zigic on 19 October 2000,
PURSUANT to Article 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 27 and 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal (hereinafter "the Rules"),
HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
ORDER that the following Judges be assigned to a bench of the Appeals Chamber pursuant to Rule 73 of the Rules in order to rule on the Motion for leave to appeal, subject to the provisions of Rule 22(B) of the Rules:
