This Trial Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991, is seised of a written motion1 from the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") alleging certain deficiencies in the recent filings by each of the Accused in this case under Rule 65 ter (G) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), and requesting the Chamber to order the Accused to comply fully with the provisions of that Rule,

NOTING Rule 126 bis of the Rules which provides: "Unless otherwise ordered by a Chamber either generally or in the particular case, a response, if any, to a motion filed by a party shall be filed within fourteen days of the filing of the motion",

NOTING that the cases for the Defence are scheduled to commence on 17 May 2005,

CONSIDERING, therefore, that the matters addressed in the Prosecution’s motion require a speedy resolution,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 126 bis of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDERS the Defence for each of the Accused to file a written response, if any, to the Prosecution’s motion by 1200 hours on Friday 6 May 2005.
