TRIAL CHAMBER I of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991;

NOTING that at the hearing on 13 April 2006 the trial was adjourned until Tuesday 25 April 2006;

NOTING that for urgent personal reasons Judge Bakone Justice Moloto is unable to continue sitting in this case on Tuesday 25 April 2006;

NOTING that Rule 15 bis (A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules") allows the remaining Judges of the Chamber to continue hearing the case for a period of not more than five working days;

CONSIDERING that the remaining Judges are satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to order that the hearing of the case continue in the absence of the Presiding Judge;

PURSUANT to Rule 15 bis (A) of the Rules;

HEREBY DECIDES to proceed in the absence of the Presiding Judge on Tuesday 25 April 2006 at 09:00 in Courtroom 2.
