THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

Proprio motu

NOTING that there is a Status Conference scheduled in this case for 23 February 2004,

CONSIDERING that the 120 period within which such a Status Conference must be held, pursuant to Rule 65 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"), expires on 24 February 2005, and that the Chamber would normally be obliged to hold such a Status Conference by this date,

CONSIDERING HOWEVER that there are currently proceedings brought by the Prosecution pursuant to Rule 11 bis in this case before a Special Chamber, and that there is a hearing scheduled on this matter for 3 and 4 March 2005,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65 bis of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDERS the parties to respond in writing, by 15 February 2004, as to whether they consent to adjourning the Status Conference until a subsequent date to be set by the Trial Chamber.
