I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,

 

NOTING the Scheduling Order of the Appeals Chamber in response to the Prosecutor’s Request for Leave to File a Brief in Lieu of an Oral Hearing on the Appeal from the Trial Chamber’s Denial of Prosecutor’s Request for Leave to File an Amended Indictment, filed today;

 

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the Tribunal,

 

CONSIDERING Article 14(3) of the Statute and 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,

 

 

HEREBY DECIDE to assign Judge Fouad Abdel-Monem Riad as a substitute for Judge Wang Tieya to determine this appeal.
