NOTING the Confidential Defence Motion To Strike Confirmed Amended Indictment and the Defendant’s Motion To Strike Counts 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15 ("the Motions"), both filed on 30 June 1998,

NOTING ALSO the Defence Request To Cross-Examine The Prosecutor’s Expert Witnesses and the Defence Request That Prosecution Provide Unedited Tape Of Mr. Ed Vulliamy’s Visit To Prijedor ("the Requests"), both filed on 30 June 1998,

NOTING ALSO the Decision of the Trial Chamber on the Prosecutor’s Motion For Pre-Trial Admission of Evidence issued by the Trial Chamber today granting leave for oral argument on matters of pre-trial admission of evidence,

CONSIDERING that the trial in this matter is scheduled to commence on Monday 6 July 1998,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules")

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") shall file its responses to the Requests no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday 1 July 1998;
  2. the Prosecution shall file its responses to the Motions no later than noon on Friday 3 July 1998; and
  3. the schedule for Monday 6 July 1998 shall be:
  1. further appearance of the accused;
  2. oral argument on the Motions and the Requests (if needed);
  3. oral argument on matters of pre-trial admission of evidence;
  4. oral argument on any other outstanding matters; and
  5. opening statement.
