 5             JUDGE ROBINSON:  First I wanted to deal with some matters

 6     relating to the organisation of the rest of this trial.  Beginning next

 7     week, the Chamber will sit five days a week.  In view of the two extra

 8     sitting days which this will produce, the case of Milan Lukic will

 9     conclude Tuesday, 24th March.  There may be a question mark about the

10     20th and the 23rd as to whether we will be able to sit on those days.  As

11     of now, it appears that the calendar is full, but should it turn out not

12     to be the case, then we will proceed as I have indicated.

13             Any rebuttal or rejoinder evidence will be heard immediately

14     thereafter, thereafter being following the close of the case of

15     Milan Lukic on the 24th, and will conclude at the latest Friday, the 3rd

16     of April.

17             The Chamber orders the parties to file any requests for rebuttal

18     or joinder by Friday, March the 20th.  Final briefs pursuant to

19     Rule 86(B) are to be filed by Friday, the 3rd of April.  Any closing

20     arguments pursuant to 86(A) will be heard on the 8th of April, 2009.

21     Each party will, unless otherwise determined, be given one hour for

22     presentation.

23             Finally to the extent that it is compatible with the courtroom

24     calendar, this Chamber may sit extended hours in the mornings or in the

25     afternoons.
