I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Defence Brief on an Interlocutory Appeal on Trial Chamber’s Decision on Defence Motion Requesting the Determination of Rules for Communicating with Potential Witnesses of the Opposite Party" filed by counsel for Mile Mrkšic on 4 June 2003;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set out in Document IT/215 of the International Tribunal ("Composition of the Appeals Chamber"), dated 13 June 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute and Rule 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ORDER that in case No. IT-95-13/1-AR73, The Prosecutor v. Mile Mrksic, the Appeals Chamber shall be composed, with immediate effect, as follows:
