I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991,
NOTING the "Decision on Assignment of Defence Counsel" filed on 13 August 2003;
CONSIDERING the need to correct a technical error in that decision,
HEREBY VACATE AND WITHDRAW that decision and issue in its place the decision accompanying this order.
Done in both English and French, the English text being authoritative.
