SCHEDULING ORDER

___________________________________________________________

Counsel for the Prosecution:

Mr Norman Farrell

Counsel for the Defence:

Mr Salih Karabdic and Mr. Thomas Moran, for Hazim Delic

I, Judge Hunt, Pre-Review Judge in this case,

NOTING the "Scheduling Order", dated 26 February 2002, ordering Defence Counsel for Hazim Delic to file his non-confidential Reply to the Prosecution’s Response no later than 1 March 2002;

NOTING that the Registry failed to transmit the Scheduling Order filed on 26 February 2002 to Defence Counsel until 1 March 2002;

NOTING HOWEVER that Defence Counsel had been told during the Status Conference on 19 February 2002 that he would be given ten (10) days from that date in which to file his Reply1;

CONSIDERING, nevertheless, that it is appropriate, in the circumstances of the Registry’s failure, to give more time to Counsel to file his Reply;

HEREBY ORDER that Counsel shall file his non-confidential Reply to the Prosecution’s Response no later than 7 March 2002.

Done in both English and French, the English text being authoritative.
