I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
CONSIDERING Article 14 of the Statute and Rules 27 and 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,
HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY DECIDE to assign the following Judges to a bench of the Appeals Chamber, provided for under Rule 73 for the purpose of examining the motions filed by the Defendant Zejnil Delalic on 3 June and 10 June 1998 seeking an appeal in the case IT-96-21-T, Prosecutor v. Zejnil Delalic, Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic, and Esad Landzo, against the Oral Decisions of Trial Chamber II quater of 2 June and 8 June 1998, according to which the Defendant Delalic will not be granted an adjournment until 22 June 1998 to call his last witnesses.
